os autores Sérgio Rebêlo( Managing Director Factor de Soluçao /Kline Group Latin America ) , Jonathan Goldhill ( Vice President Kline U.S. ) e Sunanda Desai( Director, Kline U.S. ) , discorrem sobre as diferenças na dinâmica competitiva de negócios de especialidades e commodities , e apontam caminhos para empresas evitarem ou escaparem das “armadilhas das especialidades “, definida pelos autores como um “ponto” (indesejável e usualmente destruidor de valor) intermediário entre os negócios de commodities e de especialidades.Concluem os autores que uma gestão ativa de portfólios aumenta a probabilidade das empresas manterem portfólios balanceados e sustentáveis e de evitarem as armadilhas das especialidades.
